Bloodborne Pathogens: Preventing Disease Transmission
(often refered to as "Universal Precautions")

This course meets OSHA's revised Bloodborne Pathogens Standards (including OSHA's Needlestick Standard) and Colorado state child care licensing requirements. Led by a certified Red Cross instructor, this course will teach you vital information about managing a potential exposure to an infectious disease including:

- How bloodborne pathogens are spread
- How to prevent exposures
- What to do if exposed to infectious materials
